Marinade 350 g of Paneer/ Meat/ Veggies/ Chicken/ prawns with contents of the pack for 10 minutes and then cook until done.
Layer Semi Cooked Rice and prepared Curry in a pot. Cover with a heavy lid and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
Protip : Garnish Biryani with half cup of milk with a pinch of saffron, 2 tbsp fried onions, Mint leaves and 1 tbsp ghee. ( Optional)
Also Try :: Masala Murgh :: Cook 400 g Chicken on high flame with 3 tbsp Oil for 5-6 minutes. Empty contents of the pack along with 200 ml water. Cook untill gravy thickens. Serve hot with Naan or Steamed rice.
