Return & Refund Policy

Any product received from Factory Rates can be returned under the following conditions:

• If you are not happy or satisfied with the quality of the product received
• If you are not satisfied with the authenticity of the order delivered

Under the above stated scenarios, you are entitled to request refund for the order. Our standard Return and Refund Policy enables you to order a refund in 15 days from the delivery date. After 15 days any return or exchange request will not be accepted. Once your order reaches us, we shall process your refund in next 15 days.

Any product received from Factory Rates can be exchanged under the following conditions:

• If a wrong product is delivered to you
• The bottle or the package is damaged, broken, or open
• Product is not in stated condition as displayed on our site

Under the above stated scenarios, you are entitled to request an exchange for the order. Our standard Exchange Policy enables you to order a return or exchange in 7 days from the delivery date. After 7 days any exchange request will not be accepted. However, the exchange product is sent back to us with the bill and other supported documents attached with the original packaging.
